Don’t worry! We’ve done this before and are happy to help you through the process. For patients who are out-of-network, we have a self-pay rate and payment plans.
For patients who have insurance such as United Healthcare, the Mobility Center of Wyoming can still be your provider of choice.
As you pay for your visits, we can provide a receipt or “superbill” that you simply send to your insurance. Our patients have had success in being reimbursed for their costs.
Pro-tip: Even if you think you won’t meet your deductible (and therefore would not be reimbursed by your insurance company), we HIGHLY recommend submitting the superbill to your insurance. This way, the amount you have paid will still count towards your deductible, which will be extremely helpful if any unexpected medical expenses arise later in the year.
