Katie Adams, Physical Therapist at the Mobility Center

Katie Adams, PT, DPT, CSCS

Owner, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Katie grew up in Moscow, Idaho where she attended the University of Idaho, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science & Health and a Master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology. She then attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

Katie sees patients with a wide range of conditions, but has extra training treating patients with strokes, traumatic brain injuries, dizziness, and geriatric conditions. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is certified in the Lee-Silverman Voice Technique (LSVT BIG) for patients with Parkinson's Disease. Katie is trained in Dry Needling and provides this service often.

In 2022, Katie was voted "Best of the Best" of physical therapists in Rawlins.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, backpacking, kayaking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. She also enjoys photography, including film photography development and printing.

Gabe Goehring, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Gabe is a Physical Therapist from Milford, Iowa. He attended school at Mount Marty College with a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in psychology. Gabe attended the University of Mary to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).

Since graduating with his DPT, Gabe has received additional training as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. He has also received training in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SMFA), Pain Neuroscience Education, management of the cervical spine, and vestibular rehabilitation. His particular areas of interest include vestibular rehabilitation, chronic pain, and return to sport.

Gabe is happy to be living in Wyoming where he can enjoy his hobbies such as fishing, hunting, backpacking, and kayaking/paddleboarding. He also enjoys a good game of cribbage.

Office Manager

Katherine (Kat) is the glue that holds the Mobility Center together, greeting patients with a warm smile at the front desk, scheduling patients for their appointments, and performing all the tasks our clinic needs to keep functioning! If you’ve called Mobility Center, you’ve probably spoken with her. She is always available to help and enjoys laughing with and getting to know our patients.
